  • Standard Technology Support:  Classroom configuration including computer, projector, video, sound, overhead projector.  Software applications including Microsoft Office, Internet Browser. Communication support includes wired and wireless network connectivity, email, and printing.  Students and faculty have access to 9 computer labs for classroom instruction and/ or productivity.  Media Services provides equipment for check-out for all students and staff including laptop computers, transcribers, digital cameras, projectors and video cameras.
  • Online Resources:  Library Resources (Galileo), COE and UGA Web Resources, OASIS (Student Information), UGA Web Portal.
  • Discipline Related Technology:  Technology is used to support curriculum requirements such as microscopes, probe technology, audiology technology, discipline oriented computer applications, digital media production equipment, etc.
  • Mixed Delivery:  Courses are delivered face-to-face and complimented through WEBCT, Live Classroom, etc.  Resources such as syllabus, assigned reading, and assignments are delivered through WEBCT.
  • Online Delivery:  Courses are delivered through WEBCT or Live Classroom.
  • LiveText:  Students us LiveText to create e-porfolios, submit assignments, and document growth.  Assessments are aligned to standards such as program standards, NCATE, or technology standards.
  • Program Requirement (PSC Standard 7):  PROFICIENCY IN THE USE, APPLICATION, AND INTEGRATION OF INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY.  Candidates have demonstrated proficiency in the use, application and integration of instructional technology, either by attaining an acceptable score on a PC-approved test of computer skill competency or by completing a PSC-approved training course or equivalent.
